Nakadori refers to the process of getting the middle yield when pressing sake. Nakadori sake is considered the finest take of the batch for its clarity, well-balanced aroma and purity of flavor.

Banshu is the old name of Harima Region in Hyogo, which is known for making the best Yamadanishiki.

This is probably the most characteristic Juyondai Sake. Clean, Fruity & Juicy.

The aroma is a mixture of strawberry, melon, and milk. The texture is condensed and mellow. The attack is vividly sweet and creamy. But, the body is light and very transparent. The finish is minerally crisp. Fruity and gorgeous aroma of melon, Juicy & Fruity without being cloying.
